S/S 18 New In My Wardrobe

Over the past month, I have been building up a rail full of all new in items ready for Spring/ Summer. Although this seems a long time away as it is currently snowing while I write this, I have all my faith in the fact that we will have some sun hopefully very soon. I have been loving the up rising trends for Spring/ Summer this year already and I can't wait to start styling these pieces.

One of the first uprising trends I have been loving is wooden/ wicker and string shoppers or handbags. I think they're super cool and different and adds that extra something to your outfit. I have already picked up one of my favourites ready for when I hit the beach in summer. This one is from Topshop and looked amazing on Samantha Maria's Instagram. As well as getting my beach bag ready I have also started picking up a few summer bikin's. I have been most drawn to bright yellow bikinis, I think this will be a popular one this summer!

I have also found over the past month I have been reaching for more comfy, casual clothes. I recently picked up an Adidas t-shirt dress which will style really nicely with either Converse or my Dr Martens as we head into Spring. I have also had my eye on some Adidas leggings for more casual days at Uni, I have really been loving the more sporty vibe recently.

For accessories I have already found myself trying a few new things out. I have been loving stacking my jewellery, especially necklaces. As well as cat eye sunglasses that have a particularly small frame. I picked up a really affordable pair from Ebay that I have been loving.

And finally, bright colours. I am absolutely loving adding bright colours into my wardrobe and definitely think it will be something I carry on with through into summer. For the minute, I have been loving this cape from Rag and Doll. It is perfect for this time of year when it is still cold but you still want to incorporate colour and pattern into your wardrobe.
