Double Denim- Festival Inspired

This weekend at work we had a festival theme, as it's Leeds/Reading festival next weekend as well as a couple of other festivals it was all about pushing the last summer lines as well as Gypsy Shrine. If you've never heard of Gypsy Shire click the link in my outfit description to check them out. They're fun and crazy when it comes to glitter and I am in love with some of the products we have in. To celebrate the launch in Trinity Leeds Topshop my face was covered in glitter.  As I was already dolled up with glitter I thought why not post my outfit along side. Although I'm not going to any festivals this year I still wanted to join in the fun getting glittered up. For my outfit I decided to go with double denim which is something I have never done but I totally love when styled right. I went for blue denim for both my jeans and jacket. If you're scared to try out a look like double denim trying it out at a festival is a great place as fashion is very varied and contrasting.

I personally wasn't attending a festival however just a festival themed event so if I was really to wear this to a festival I would adjust it slightly. For example if the weather was sunny (which I hope it is ) I would pair this with a denim skirt instead of jeans. I also paired my classic graphic tee that I have been loving this summer from Topshop. I have done a blog post here all about graphic t-shirts. I also paired some black boots again from Topshop however, I would pair cropped wellies with this if I was attending a Festival.

Festivals are usually towards the end of August and this is a perfect place to wear all my favourite trends I have been wearing. This summer it has defiantly been denimembroidery and graphic tee's (click the link to see appropriate post).

Thanks for reading, Hannah x
